The candidates should have at least 3 years experience within the HVAC building services environment and be capable of working on their own as well as part of a team of dedicated mobile engineers. Candidates should have hands on experience of maintaining: power and lighting, AHU`s, fan coil units, pumps, motors etc.
The client are Ideally looking for candidates that have City and Guilds electrical or mechanical apprenticeships or equivalent qualifications and have a can do and want to learn approach to their career.

The Role
A unique role, in that it is heavily focused on strategy and planning rather than buying. Working within the media/channel strategy department, you will be an integral part of the full service culture, working closely with the account management and account planning disciplines in the agency. Day-to-day, you will be managing the operations of online/offline media in terms of client and internal agency relationships, strategic planning, buying and new business. As manager, you will be responsible for liaising with account planning regarding audience research, thus, achieving an understanding of consumer behaviour for the purpose of audience targeting. This varied role unlike any other DR position.

Client Services/Account Manager ? Custody, Clearing & Settlement
£30,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Package (salary dependent on experience)
Leading European Bank, based City of London
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least two years Custody, Clearing or Settlement Client Account Management experience to join the Client Support team of this leading European Bank. With responsibility for the day to day operational management of a number of accounts, you will liaise with both clients and your own operations teams ensuring a smooth and efficient service is continued as well as handling all product related enquiries. This will involve day-to-day contact with clients and relationship managers as well as managing all issues and queries that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you should have had significant Account Management/Client Support experience from within the Custody, Clearing or Settlement industry. You should also have proven client contact and have responsibility for dealing with a wide variety of issues and situations. Above all, you should be enthusiastic and motivated and have a desire to develop your career in an interesting and diverse environment.
